Powered by Toolpath AI:
Smarter Quoting and CAM Programming

At BPR Manufacturing, we use Toolpath, an advanced AI-powered quoting and CAM programming tool, to increase productivity and streamline our CNC machining process.

Toolpath automatically analyses 3D CAD models for machinability, providing fast, detailed feedback that helps us identify and resolve potential manufacturing issues early. This design-for-manufacture approach means we can machine parts more efficiently and with greater accuracy — reducing delays, minimising rework, and helping you keep costs down.

The software also generates highly accurate, real-time quotes tailored to our specific machining capabilities. This allows us to offer faster, more precise pricing for your CNC machining project.

By automating CAM programming, Toolpath reduces the time it takes to move from design to production — meaning your parts hit the machine sooner, and you save on setup and lead time.

FAQ

Can I request a specific delivery date?

Yes. If you have a deadline in mind, let us know — even if it's just a rough timeframe like “next week” or “sometime this month.” We’ll always do our best to work within your schedule. Just keep in mind that tighter lead times may come with higher costs.

What file types can I upload for a quote?

For the fastest and most accurate quoting, we recommend uploading your 3D part files. Our preferred formats are .stp and .step, but we also accept:

.wire, .dwg, .f3d, .cam360, .ipt, .iam, .CATProduct, .CATPart, .dxf, .fbx, .ige, .iges, .igs, .prt, .obj, .x_b, .x_t, .asm, .g, .neu, .3dm, .sab, .sat, .smb, .smt, .sldprt, .sldasm, .ste, .stl, .skp

Don’t have 3D files? No problem — a PDF drawing will do.
